We're at 340 West Passaic Street in Rochelle Park — look for building number 340, just south of Route 4 near the Garden State Parkway.

From the Garden State Parkway: take Exit 160, merge onto Passaic Street, and we're 0.1 mile ahead on the left.
From Route 17 North: exit at Passaic Street, turn left, and continue 0.9 mile — we're on the right.
From Route 4: merge onto Paramus Road, continue under the Parkway, and we're 0.1 mile ahead on the left.

We regularly fit patients at doctors' offices, hospital rooms, nursing homes, and workplaces. If you can't leave home, we'll come to you at no charge. Just call.
